For many years before he became known as an established Saylersville, Kentucky attorney with his own law firm, which he established in 1991, Grover Arnett made sure he had the education befitting one of the best attorneys in that state. In addition to his studies, he did other things, as well. For example, while he was earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree In Elementary Education at Alice Lloyd College in Pippa Passes, Kentucky, which he received in 1985, he also served as the student body president for the school. At graduation, he was also honored as the class salutatorian.
Following that degree, Grover Arnett then matriculated at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, earning his Juris Doctor in 1989. Later that same year, he passed the Kentucky Bar Exam and began to practice law in 1989. He did very well with his first firm, but he struck out on his own soon after and opened his own firm in 1991.
In the several decades since then, Grover Arnett took the time and built an excellent reputation for himself and, by extension, his firm. He has not only practiced with private firms, either; from 1994 through 1999, he served the people as Magoffin County Attorney. While there, he compiled an exceptional record when it comes to protecting the people. He can point proudly to a 95 percent conviction rate for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) offenses., for example. He also served as the leader of the investigation and prosecution of the largest drug conviction in the history of Magoffin County.
